The backlog of triggered sends has now fully processed. The issue has been fully mitigated and no further delays are expected.
» UpdatedOur technical team have identified intermittent spikes of delays while sending integration-triggered and API-triggered campaigns in the EU multi-tenant environment. The cause of the delays has been identified and a fix has been put in place to address the issue. The backlog of messages is catching up currently.
Our technical teams will continue to monitor the platform to ensure the queue is processed as expected and no further delays occur.
