  • Update

We are currently experiencing a widespread service interruption due to an external issue with our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare (CF). This is not an internal platform issue, but it is severely impacting our ability to deliver services that rely on CF's protection (primarily DDoS protection).

    Key Differentiation in Impact:

    • Impacted: All or most game frontends are affected, meaning players may be unable to open, launch, or establish a connection to their games.
    • Unaffected: Access to integrated / multi-tenant backoffices is functional and should be operating normally, as these services do not route through Cloudflare.
