    The backlog for email sends is processing and catching up now. We will update the status here once the backlog has fully cleared

    System is recovered and queuing service functionality has been restored for new jobs. The team are still working on recovering the old jobs that were in the queue at the time of the failure. This is predominantly for event-triggered campaigns with delays in them, for example, basket abandonment use-cases etc.
