  As a short-term measure, we are rolling out a change to move the SMS short-links to use the optx.me domain instead of the m4.to domain.

  We are investigating an issue with the m4.to domain which is used for shortlinks in SMS campaigns. We are working on a domain replacement so subscription changes and links can continue to be processed as expected
