The investigation has concluded that the impact to live campaigns was negligible and that no further action is required. Please find more details below:
When the errors occurred for a particular batch in a campaign send, the batch was safely and automatically retried by the application. No manual intervention was required and the campaigns sent as expected to the end users.
There was one further edge-case that was impacting customers that use snippets for the dynamic selection of the from address in email campaigns. This edge-case has also been mitigated against and no action is required for such campaigns to send normally again.
» UpdatedWe noticed a small increase in the number of errors for Email, SMS and WebHook channels in the multi-tenant EU environment between 2025-09-09 13:59 UTC - 2025-09-10 09:16 UTC. The team is investigating currently to determine the full scope of impact but currently the number of errors encountered look to be a low number of batch failures within sends, i.e. a small percentage of total number of messages sent on these channels.
The issue was remediated at 2025-09-10 09:16 UTC and there have been no related failures since this point.
