• Update

  The team has found there was an increase in error rates and latency in the Shared EU environment which began at 20:04 UTC. The degradation of service is a symptom of a caching cluster that was struggling to keep up with the API load. The team has upgraded the cluster to provide more headroom while we investigate the underlying cause of the load.
