  A code update has been applied to eliminate the remaining intermittent minor delays and full service has been restored as of 16:54 UTC. The team will continue to monitor the environments but period of degraded service is now over.

  Underlying issue has been patched now which has allowed campaigns sends to be resumed. Sends will be experiencing intermittent minor delays and the team are still working on this to restore full service.

• Update

  We are investigating an issue that is affecting all campaign sends in our shared cloud environment in the EU/US regions. This has been caused by a database error which we are in the process of recovering from. Campaign sends have been paused until the database issue has been resolved.
